We all enjoy movies, don't we? They lighten our mood as well as entertain us.
Indians have a strong relationship with movies. Some of us are so crazy about films that we can consume several movies at a time!
But I have observed, people visit cinema halls for the sole purpose of entertainment. Well, this is not enough. I believe if you don't learn something from a particular movie, then even watching that movie is mere futility. All movies have something or the other to get inspired and motivated from. But we can't perceive it without removing the cloak of entertainment.
Have a mindset of eager curiosity and constant learning. This will help you throughout your life...and what better way to test it by watching movies? In fact, since movies are a reflection of the society we live in, they teach us some really wise principles.
If you respect and believe my perspective, here is a small task for you:
After you watch any movie, just ask yourself the following question - What have I learnt from this movie?
If you don't get an answer, it means you have lost your mental faculties and the ability to understand!
And if you truly get a reply, try implementing those advices in your life. It will do wonders for you and I assure, you will become wiser day by day...
So, the next time you plan to go to a cinema hall, don't forget to remember all what I've said!
